BODY, MIND & SOUL CHALLENGE
This challenge will be a little different- but fun! Our main focus will be much more than just physical changes. To keep ourselves accountable, there will be rules to follow along with consequences if any of these rules are broken.
Throughout the next six weeks we will be challenging our physical and mental strength by exercising five days a week and making sure we stick to the rules below.

No Alcohol
3 Non-Negotiables You Must Do Every Day
10 Min of Self Improvement Book or Podcast Daily
1 Outdoor Workout per Week
If any of the rules are broken, this means extra cardio for that week!
Start date is Monday, August 26th. You will access the six-week guide and all info on this website through your account (not on app). If you already have one with us, the challenge will be on that same account. If you have never created one please expect an invite link to your email to create one. You will receive an email with details within 48 hours after signing up.
Must have access to a gym (any) if joining the gym challenge.
