Built to Last is a coach-led, in-person group training experience designed to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence that lasts beyond the challenge. You’ll be supported by Coaches Steph, Rhonda, and Jennifer through intentional workouts, structure, and accountability every step of the way.

Our group classes and challenges are led by a dedicated team of coaches: Stephanie, Rhonda, and Jennifer, who work together to support, motivate, and guide you through every phase of your fitness journey.
We coach as a team, program with intention, and lead our 4-week challenges together to ensure every member feels supported, seen, and challenged in the best way. Different coaching styles, one shared mission: helping you build strength that lasts. |
