No stress, no restriction, just smart, doable workouts, small habits that stick, and strategies to enjoy all the tamales, pan dulce, and family dinners without feeling guilty. This isn’t just about staying active; it’s about ending the year feeling proud, empowered, and balanced.
Start date is Monday, November 24th. You will access the four-week guide and all info on this website through your account (not on app) the weekend before the challenge begins. If you already have an account with us, the challenge will be on that same account. If you have never created one please expect an invite link to your email to create one. You will receive an email with details within 48 hours after signing up.
Gym Version: Must have access to a gym (any)
Home Version: Need dumbbells (5/10lbs) and booty band
