Whether you're working out from home or hitting the gym, Mission Slimpossible is your 6-week plan to get stronger, leaner and more confident - just in time for summer!
There is a home and gym version that will be accessible to you for eight weeks starting May 12th, meaning you will have two additional weeks to complete our 6 week challenge after it has ended.
In the next few weeks we will be challenging our physical and mental strength by exercising five days a week and repeating healthy small habits every day.
All fitness levels welcome. Let's get to work!

Start date is Monday, May 12th. You will access the six-week guide and all info on this website through your account (not on app) the weekend before the challenge begins. If you already have an account with us, the challenge will be on that same account. If you have never created one please expect an invite link to your email to create one. You will receive an email with details within 48 hours after signing up.
Gym Version: Must have access to a gym (any)
Home Version: Need dumbbells (5/10lbs) and booty band
