Join us this Saturday for two HIIT-style classes focused on lower body + abs guaranteed to leave you sweating and feeling strong. Whether you’re looking to level up your conditioning, build strength, or get a great weekend workout in, we’ve got you covered.
After class, we’re having Open Gym from 8AM–12PM, so feel free to stay, lift, recover, or get your own workout in.
Spots are limited. All fitness levels welcome. Class is free for gym members, but you must RSVP below to secure your spot.
