Active Rest Day: 30-45 Min cardio of choice. (Walking, jogging, yoga, jump rope, treadmill, stairmaster, etc.)

Tip of the week: Challenge yourself by increasing the incline if you're running/walking. You can either increase it on the treadmill or find a small hill or inclined pavement to run/walk on. Have fun!
