Active Rest Day: 30-45 Min cardio of choice. (Walking, jogging, yoga, jump rope, treadmill, etc.)
Make sure to challenge yourself throughout your cardio session and stay hydrated throughout the day!
Tip of the week: Try to perform the same cardio you did in week 1 and see how much you have improved. Try to go for an additional 10 min or make it more intense than what you did on week 1. Have a great cardio session!
