These are amazing when I work out with these I can actually feel my butt sore the next day, which is weird because my thighs is usually where I feel it. They don’t fold either which is great. Love them!

The glute bands are very good and comfortable. They don’t slip through any of the workouts, which I love because normally I would have to keep stopping to readjust other bands I have used in the past.
