4 WEEK CHALLENGE
In-Person with Cynthia
October 16th - November 9th
This challenge is designed to shape and tone your body utilizing our own body weight, resistance bands, and 10lbs weights.
Classes will consist of HIIT cardio style training with a main focus on belly fat reduction and toned up glutes and legs.

- Morning Time: 5:00am - 6:00am
- Morning Time: 6:15am - 7:15am
- Evening Time: 7:15pm - 8:15pm
