THIS IS A GUIDE THAT YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO UNTIL END OF THE YEAR WITH ALL THE CHALLENGE WORKOUTS, BUT IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU PART OF THE ACTUAL CHALLENGE, AS THE LAST ONE OF THE YEAR IS ALREADY RUNNING.


  • You are responsible for purchasing a set of open-ended resistance bands and booty bands 
  • Dumbbells are optional (all exercises can be performed without dumbbells)
  • Five workouts per week for six total weeks
  • You will receive an invite email to create a personal account through my website
  • Through your personal log in you’ll have access to the workouts with sample videos of each exercise
  • This is not a live class. You’ll be able to access the workouts 24/7 to complete at your own time
  • Includes nutritional guide (not meal plan), meal ideas, and email support.
  • You will need two types of bands: booty resistance bands, open-ended bands for upper body
  • Entire challenge can be performed at home.
