  • You will be responsible for purchasing two sets of resistance bands: a booty and a open ended bands
  • Start date: Monday, March 23rd
  • Five workouts per week for four total weeks
  • You will receive an invite email to create a personal account through my website on March 22nd.Through your personal log in you’ll have access to the workouts with sample videos of each exercise starting March 23rd.
  • This is not a live class. You’ll be able to access the workouts 24/7 to complete at your own time.
