4-Week Online Home Guide
*You are responsible for purchasing a set of open-ended resistance bands and booty bands
- The guide consists of five workouts per week for four total weeks
- There will be modified exercises throughout the plan for those of you that are more on the beginners side
- Dumbbells are optional (all exercises can be performed without dumbbells)
- You will receive an invite email to create a personal account through my website. Through your personal log in you’ll have access to the workouts with sample videos of each exercise.
- This is not a live class. You’ll be able to access the workouts 24/7 to complete at your own time.
- Includes nutritional guide (not meal plan) and meal ideas
- You will need two types of bands: booty resistance bands and open-ended bands for upper body.
- Entire program can be performed at home.
- You will have access to the workouts up until December 31st
