  • The guide consists of five workouts per week for four total weeks
  • There will be modified exercises throughout the plan for those of you that are more on the beginners side
  • Dumbbells are optional (all exercises can be performed without dumbbells)
  • You will receive an invite email to create a personal account through my website. Through your personal log in you’ll have access to the workouts with sample videos of each exercise.
  • This is not a live class. You’ll be able to access the workouts 24/7 to complete at your own time.
  • Includes nutritional guide (not meal plan) and meal ideas
  • You will need two types of bands: booty resistance bands and open-ended bands for upper body.
  • Entire program can be performed at home.
