8 Week Strength Training Home Guide
Home guide phase I is here!
This is not a challenge, which means you can start this guide on whichever day you prefer and perform at your own pace.
This will give you access to home workout videos, which you can pause at any time-if needed. You are responsible for purchasing a set of open-ended resistance bands and booty bands. Dumbbells are optional, but recommended (5-10lbs dumbbells). You will have access to four workouts/videos per week for eight total weeks.
Recommended: Take "Before" photos at start of the guide to be able to track your progress as weeks go by. There will be a big prize during summer time based on overall progress from members of Stephitness who have followed our guides from Jan/Feb 2023 up until July 2023.NOTE: HOLD A SIGN WITH WRITTEN DATE ON EACH PHOTO YOU TAKE.
