6-Week Online Home Guide
- START DATE: MONDAY, JANUARY 17TH
- Challenge can be performed by both beginners and advanced. There will be recommendations/alternative exercises for a few of the workouts for those that are more on the beginners side
- You are responsible for purchasing a set of open-ended resistance bands and booty bands
- Dumbbells are optional (all exercises can be performed without dumbbells).
- Five workouts per week for six total weeks
- You will receive an invite email to create a personal account through my website on January 9th. Through your personal log in you’ll have access to the workouts with sample videos of each exercise
- This is not a live class. You’ll be able to access the workouts 24/7 to complete at your own time.
- Includes nutritional guide (not meal plan), how to track macros, meal ideas, and email support.
- You will need two types of bands: booty resistance bands and open-ended bands for upper body.
- Entire challenge can be performed at home.
