8 Week Booty Guide (Gym)
Booty Guide phase I is here!
This is not a challenge, which means you can start this guide on whichever day you prefer and perform at your own pace.
This will give you access to glute-focused workout videos, which you can pause at any time-if needed. Must have access to a gym. You will have access to three workouts/videos per week for eight total weeks.
Recommended: Take "Before" photos at start of the guide to be able to track your progress as weeks go by. There will be a big prize during summer time based on overall progress from members of Stephitness who have followed our guides up until July 2023. NOTE: HOLD A SIGN WITH WRITTEN DATE ON EACH PHOTO YOU TAKE.
