This will give you access to a six week guide consisting of four workouts per week with sample videos of each exercise. You are responsible for purchasing a set of dumbbells and booty bands. 5-10lb dumbbells are recommended. There will be $$ prize for most overall progress upon challenge completion. Our self-love journey begins now!
